We know how important a good night of sleep is so we provide hotel-grade mattresses, sheets and duvets as well as black-out blinds so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Each room has its own heating and air-conditioning unit so every guest can adjust the temperature to get their perfect night’s sleep. Gather with loved ones on the spacious outdoor patio to grill and enjoy freshly-caught fish and sit by the cozy fire table for evening conversations under the stars in your own coastal paradise. Sit by the indoor fireplace in the living room as you unwind and try out unique games that will afford hours of fun.

 The Beach Ready Pack: We’ve taken the stress out of packing. We provide premium beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, a boogie board, a metal detector, beach games and balls, sunscreen, soft 100% cotton towels, swimming vests for the littlest ones and a foldable wagon to carry it all so you can head straight to the water.

 Family-Friendly Paradise: Designed with families in mind, our home features a dedicated playroom and a surprise secret closet. Our garage is a gameroom escape with an arcade machine, fussball table, ring toss and a TV. Kids will enjoy spending time in their under the sea bedroom complete with bunkbed with a slide and beanie bag. With a collection of board games, books, and toys, your little ones will have plenty to keep them entertained. They will also love roasting smores in the outdoor fire pit and using our ice cream making machine and full set of toppings. We also focus on the littlest ones by providing a crib with organic sheets, a high chair, booster chair, step stools in the bathrooms, Honest shampoo and conditioner, retractable gates on each level and gates on both ends of the spiral staircase leading to the rooftop deck. The hot tub will be locked when you arrive.

 Unbeatable Location & Walkability: Leave the car at the house! Our property is just a 5-minute stroll from the pristine sands of Seabright Beach, a non-commercial local beach with plenty of room for games, sunbathing, beach walks and running back and forth into the waves. The Santa Cruz boardwalk is a 15 min walk away and will provide kids and adults with endless fun. We are walking distance from top-rated locally-owned breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as a corner grocery store that has fresh donuts and sandwiches daily and the Verve production facility where you can enjoy fresh pastries and coffee while you get a close-up look at coffee-making in action! There is also a climbing gym, pet shop where you can pet reptiles, and the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, all minutes away by foot.

 The Sensory-Friendly Haven: Enjoy peace of mind with our intentionally designed sensory-friendly features, including a dedicated play-room complete with a rock climbing wall, a ladder gym, sensory swing and crash pads, and a surprise secret closet where kids and adults alike can take a much needed vacation break while doing origami, reading or playing. We provide fidgets, noise-canceling headphones, weighted blanket, scentless laundry detergent, dimmable lighting, black-out blinds, and fully dimmable sound machines/alarm clocks offering 18 different sounds.

 Fitness-Focused Activities: Get your sweat on before hitting the beach with our treadmill, free weights, gym mirror, yoga mat and blocks (yoga is best done on the rooftop deck). Or if you prefer running in nature you can step outside and run to the West Cliff Drive Bicycle Path, which hugs the ocean, offering uninterrupted, breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay. Or walk 4 minutes to the Pacific Edge Climbing Gym where you can buy a day pass and go rock climbing, take an exercise class, use their fitness machines and top it off by relaxing in their sauna.

 The Work-From-Paradise: With 300+ mbps fiber internet & dedicated hardwired ethernet in every room—it is perfect for remote work! With a smart standing desk and an ocean-view office space, you can comfortably extend your stay and work from the coast as you listen to the waves crashing on the beach and feel the ocean breeze from the 3rd-floor patio door.

THE SPACE:

Luxury 4-bdrm, 3 bath Santa Cruz house with a rooftop deck, office space, an open concept living/dining/kitchen, private playroom, 2 fireplaces, a third story balcony hot tub and air conditioning.

This is a brand new build completed in 2026, designed specifically to provide the dream vacation experience. The house is adorned with high-end furniture, vacation essentials, and brand new appliances.

Ideally located in Santa Cruz’s coveted Seabright neighborhood, this home is just a short walk from the Santa Cruz Seabright beach, the Santa Cruz Harbor, and East Cliff Drive. Enjoy easy access to waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and scenic coastal walking and biking paths. The ever iconic Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, and downtown Santa Cruz are all a 5-10 minute drive away. 15-20 minutes in the car will bring you to Pleasure Point surfing, Natural Bridges State Beach, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, renowned UC Santa Cruz, and countless other outdoor adventures awaiting you!

The house provides one parking spot in the driveway, and street parking is easily accessible, so you won’t have to lug your bags far into paradise. There is an EV charger in the garage. A keypad is located on the front door and your own unique door code will open the door. We change the code with each guest and nobody has the key except us and our housekeeper.

Each TV has app access to Disney+, HBO Max, Paramount+ and Peacock.

OPEN SPACE KITCHEN / DINING AREA / LIVING ROOM:

The entrance of the home immediately welcomes you into the spacious open concept living areas. The living room is designed for total relaxation, featuring an immersive, multi-zone sound system that lets you customize the audio throughout the space—all easily controlled via Bluetooth. A beautiful 65” Sony LED TV can be rotated to ensure an ideal watching experience. We have our own collection of board games, both well-known and unique, and books for the whole family!

The dining room seats 6-8 people comfortably and can be expanded with a leaf and two folding chairs to fit 10! We provide dishes, tableware, glassware, and placemats to ensure a fun dining experience. There are also four bar stools nearby for additional seating at the island. A foldable high chair, booster seat and plastic dishes for your youngest family members ensure nobody misses out on the dinner fun. If you prefer not to wash dishes, we offer paper cups, bowls and plates.

Chef’s Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stovetop, dual-zoned wine fridge and a toaster oven/air fryer.
 Coffee & Tea Station: Features a combo drip, pod, and espresso machine, Baratza coffee grinder, an electric kettle, and a selection of barista-style syrups.
Fun Extras: Includes an ice cream machine, rice cooker, fondue pot, and raclette for memorable family meals.

BEDROOMS:

The home offers four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms designed for rest and rejuvenation, as well as an air mattress we can put out in the living room upon request. All rooms have their own adjustable heating / air conditioning unit, blackout blinds, 680 thread count linens, down duvets and pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, night lights, 55” TVs, wireless chargers, fully dimmable sound machines / alarm clocks, luggage racks, laundry baskets and ear plugs:
Primary Suite (3rd Floor): King bed with Casper mattress, bedroom bench, gas fireplace, en suite bathroom with a separate toilet, bolted-down safe, and double closets. Situated on the top floor so no little feet can be heard above you.

 Guest King (2nd Floor): King canopy bed with Casper mattress, cozy reading armchair, bathrobes and a walk-in closet.

 The Kid’s Haven (2nd Floor): Bunkbed with built-in slide and two full-size mattresses that will support kids and adults alike (Novaform and Copperflex), beanie bag, storage bench and closet as well as under bunkbed and drawer storage. Beware as your kids may sleep in longer than expected in this cozy, quiet environment!

 Paradise Playroom (2nd Floor): Includes a queen slide-out sleeper sofa (will be made upon request) and a dedicated space for play and creativity, with a rock climbing wall, a ladder wall gym, swing and sensory crash pad. There is also a hidden closet equipped with everything needed to take a quiet break and read, do origami, play with Magna-Tiles and Zoobs or draw on our sequin flip sensory boards.

BATHROOMS:

Each bathroom is fully stocked with essentials to ensure you can freshen up after a long beach day. Enjoy a rejuvenating, high-pressure shower experience in every bathroom, due to our customized shower heads that will wash away any sand that is left after rinsing off in our outdoor shower or spraying your feet with our outdoor hose! Amenities and locations include:

 All-Inclusive Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, makeup washcloths, magnifying make-up mirrors, wipes, hair dryers, and stepping stools.
 Forgot-Something Basket: Extras provided for anything you might have left behind, including toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, and makeup wipes.

 Radiant Floor Heating: Enjoy a spa-like experience with individually controlled heated floors in every bathroom, ensuring you always step out of the shower onto comforting warmth.

 Main Level Bathroom: Located conveniently off the living area, includes a full shower.
 Second Floor Bathroom: Located near the bedrooms and features a deep-soaking bathtub and bath mat.

 Primary En Suite Bathroom and Toilet: Located on the third floor for the ultimate private retreat. Features double sinks, large shower and separate toilet room.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES:

 Rooftop Deck: Take in breathtaking, panoramic ocean views from our furnished, shaded private rooftop deck. Includes a seating area with a 10-ft vented, fiberglass market umbrella, 3 lounge chairs, life-size games and ambient string lighting on the railings. Grab towels during the day and throw blankets at night to keep cozy as you watch the sunset and do stargazing. We have a bluetooth speaker available to enjoy music.

 Hot Tub Wrap-Around Deck: Located right off the 3rd floor office space, this relaxing space features a private 2-person hot tub with ocean views and a table for two, perfect for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. We provide towels, blocks and toys for the kids to play with.

Outdoor Patio: Gather with loved ones on this spacious patio, featuring a large dining table that seats 8 people with an umbrella. In the evenings, cozy up around the firepit, which includes comfortable seating for 4. We have a bluetooth speaker to enjoy music, as well as mosquito repellent.

OFFICE SPACE:

The office space consists of a smart standing / seated desk with charging capabilities and a window with an ocean view. It also has a monitor and printer to take care of any work business quickly so you can get back to vacationing. We provide whole-home Mesh WiFi 7, with a dedicated hub on every floor to ensure seamless, high-speed connectivity for both productivity and relaxation.

GARAGE EXERCISE AND GAMING LOUNGE:

There is a featured game and exercise space in a modern converted garage! Guests can enjoy the Nordictrack treadmill, yoga mat and blocks, free weights and gym mirror. In addition, we provide an arcade machine, foosball table and ring toss to enjoy family time together.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

The laundry room with stacked washer and dryer is on the second floor with everything you need to wash laundry as well as supplies like a first aid kit, Advil, Tums, sun screen, bug spray, sewing kit, extra towels, washing and cleaning supplies. Includes vacuum, carpet cleaner, brooms and mops in case you need to clean up any spills.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

 The next-door neighbor is doing construction. They generally work from 8 to 5 on weekdays and are building a house on the opposite side of the property so the noise is muffled on the side you will be staying in but still could exist.

 We own two houses on the property. The other house has 2 units. There is an open space between the houses that is filled with gravel / small rocks to provide drainage and a dry space that has a temporary fence that is facing the street. You are welcome to run around in the open space.

 The shower heads have been modified to provide strong pressure, perfect for getting out any sand that may be stuck in your hair. If you do not like strong pressure, you can take a bath in our deep soaking bath tub.

 We currently do not have any fence around the yard patio area so when eating outside or sitting around the fire pit, you will be close to the sidewalk. It is a pretty quiet street and the neighbors who walk by are friendly. There are two Airbnbs across the street who are also close to the sidewalk so the neighborhood is used to visitors.

 We change the hot tub water every two weeks.

 While every room features its own fully adjustable heating and AC unit, please note that rooms sharing an outdoor condenser must be set to the same mode (all heating or all cooling) at any given time.

 Please note you are responsible for keeping safe and ensuring full oversight of any children, esp near the hot tub, play room, wrap around deck and rooftop deck. Please do not climb on the railings. We have put in precautions like locking the hot tub, gates on each level, gates on the top and bottom of the spiral staircases going to the roof, a way to lock the playroom and side locks on the patio doors. It is your responsibility to use these safety features and watch your kids at all times.
